Dinners

Courses

You can select from the below for course choices or let us build a custom menu for you and your guest. Our dinners are "Course Plus" which means they always include dessert of your choice without using a selection.

3 Course Dinner

$150

Our 3 Course Dinner allows you to choose 1 appetizer, 1 salad, and 1 entrée. 

5 Course Dinner

$200

The 5 Course dinner consist of a selection of 3 appetizers/ salad and 2 entrees.

7 Course Dinner

$250

The 7 Course dinner consist of a selection of 4 appetizers salad and 3 entrees.

Appetizers

Delicious Starters

Carolina Lump Crab Cakes

Not Carolina nor Maryland, these homemade lump crab cakes are golden brown, topped with microgreens and served with homemade remoulade sauce 

Vol au Vent

Airy and delightful puff pastry topped with your selection of  sauce and your choice and choice of protein. "custom"

Ravioli with Cream Sauce

Homemade ravioli with pecorino romano, topped with a wild mushroom parmesan cream sauce

*Truffle Sauce upon request and when in season

New Zealand Mussels

Bake New Zealand Mussels covered in a spicy mayo sauce or teriyaki glaze and served with microgreens.

*Rockefeller style upon request

Blackened Seared Tuna

Bluefin Tuna, crusted, seared and served rare with a teriyaki glaze

*Yellowfin upon request or when Bluefin is unavailable 

Seared Scallops with Bisque Reduction

Bay Scallops pan seared and served with a bisque reduction


Salads

Fresh Salads made with NC grown greens and veggies when possible

Caprese Salad

Fresh spring mix with a Cherokee Purple slice, fresh mozzarella drizzled with a balsamic reduction and topped with a mix of microgreens

Spring Salad

Fresh spring mix with tomatoes, egg bits, bacon bits, cucumbers and cheese with choice of dressing

Classic Caesar Salad

Romaine lettuce with fresh grated parmesan, croutons, and caesar dressing made with anchovy paste

*Anchovies upon request

Steakhouse Wedge

Iceberg quarter with  thick cut candy bacon, cherry tomatoes, diced red onions,  blue cheese crumbles and dressing

Our proteins are NC sourced when possible. If you need recommendations for sides for the proteins don't hesitate to ask us!

Center Cut Filet

Center cut filet with choice of starch and greens

*Pittsburgh Rare upon request

**We do not serve our filets cooked beyond medium

Lamb Chop Pops

2 Medium-Rare Lamp Chop Pops served med rare with choice of starch and veggies

*Can be served up to Med Well

Prime Black Angus Prime Rib

Our Choice Ribeye served with your choice of starch and veggie

Bone in Pork Chop

Center-cut 12 oz., peach-cherry chutney, truffle butter pan sauce and choice of starch and veggie 

Wild Mushroom Risotto

Mix of Lion Mane, Blue Oyster and Pioppino mushrooms served in a cream sauce on risotto 

*Can add protein at no charge

Striped Bass

Striped bass pan seared in a cast iron pan and served with choice of starch and veggie

*when available

Pan Seared Salmon

Coho or King Salmon filet with crispy skin, served with steamed white rice with sautéed mushrooms, choice of green and garlic lemon butter sauce

Maine Lobster Tail

Our Maine Lobster served with garlic herb butter sauce and choice of starch and veggie

We have a risotto for everyone

We have a selection of Quinoa.  Let us find your new favorite

Asparagus

Grilled or roasted with lemon butter

Glazed / Roasted Carrots and Parsnips

Topped with garlic butter and brown sugar and roasted

Cracked Brussel Sprouts

Oven roasted brussel sprouts served with a homemade sweet teriyaki sauce


Dessert

Finish your meal with any one of our homemade sweet treats

Crème Brulee

Chef J's famous Madagascar Bean Crème Brulee topped with Raspberry Coulis and fresh fruit.

*Dominican Vanilla upon request when available

Lemon Tart

Dessert pasty with a decadent Lemon Tart topped with Lemon Whipped Cream

Peach Crumble

Chef J's favorite.  Carolina or Elberta Peaches topped with a soft sugary crumble 

Banana Pudding

Whipped banana cream with wafers and bananas

White Choc Raspberry Cheesecake

Chef M's famous cheesecake, a white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake

Dessert Trio

Select any 3 of our desserts for a sampler

Peach Pear Galette

Puff pastry filled with peach and pear gallate

*When in season and available

Key Lime Pie

A golden graham cracker crust with a key lime filling and key lime whipped cream

*We use fresh fruit in all of our desserts and some may not be available due to supply chain and or season. We appreciate your understanding.
