You can select from the below for course choices or let us build a custom menu for you and your guest. Our dinners are "Course Plus" which means they always include dessert of your choice without using a selection.
Our 3 Course Dinner allows you to choose 1 appetizer, 1 salad, and 1 entrée.
The 5 Course dinner consist of a selection of 3 appetizers/ salad and 2 entrees.
The 7 Course dinner consist of a selection of 4 appetizers salad and 3 entrees.

Not Carolina nor Maryland, these homemade lump crab cakes are golden brown, topped with microgreens and served with homemade remoulade sauce

Homemade ravioli with pecorino romano, topped with a wild mushroom parmesan cream sauce

Bake New Zealand Mussels covered in a spicy mayo sauce or teriyaki glaze and served with microgreens.

Bluefin Tuna, crusted, seared and served rare with a teriyaki glaze

Bay Scallops pan seared and served with a bisque reduction
Fresh Salads made with NC grown greens and veggies when possible
Fresh spring mix with a Cherokee Purple slice, fresh mozzarella drizzled with a balsamic reduction and topped with a mix of microgreens
Fresh spring mix with tomatoes, egg bits, bacon bits, cucumbers and cheese with choice of dressing
Romaine lettuce with fresh grated parmesan, croutons, and caesar dressing made with anchovy paste

Iceberg quarter with thick cut candy bacon, cherry tomatoes, diced red onions, blue cheese crumbles and dressing

Striped bass pan seared in a cast iron pan and served with choice of starch and veggie
